Manage Review Requests
The "Manage Review Requests" section provides a centralized platform for professionals to oversee and manage all review requests.
This section includes key details such as customer information, request and response dates, and ratings.
Users can view detailed information about each request, resend requests with customizable messages, archive completed requests, and filter and search requests based on various criteria.
Additionally, a bulk download option is available for selected requests.
Let's explore the features of the Manage Review Requests section in detail.
Expand the Reviews dropdown menu and click on Manage Review Requests.
You can find the following information in the Manage Requests table: Name, Email Address, Star Ratings, Date Requested, Date Received, and Action.
Actions you can take:
Click on the three stacked dots corresponding to a line item and choose a desired action from the drop-down.
View Details - Upon clicking View Details, a drawer with the following details opens: Customer Name, Email, Transaction ID, Transaction date, Transaction city, Transaction state, subject and Message sent, ratings, review, date requested, and date received.
Resend Request - When you click resend, a drawer opens with the last message sent, the Customer Name, Email, Transaction ID, Transaction date, Transaction city, Transaction state, Subject and Message sent, ratings, review, and the date requested. You can edit the fields (subject and message) and resend the request.
Archive - Select one or more line items from the Manage Requests table and archive those selected items. Upon clicking on the Archive option, the entries are archived. You can filter and view only archived entries.
The archived results can be restored(to the main table).
Filter: You can filter the entries in the Review Request table using
Review received (yes/no),
Requested date range
Received date range
Rating slider (double-headed)
Search: by Customer Name, Email, transaction ID, City, and State.
Download: Multi-select items with or without applying filters and click on the three stacked dots to download request details.
