Abusive Word Management
The Experience.com system automatically identifies and flags reviews containing swear words. Common profanities are included in the automated scan for abusive content. Still, enterprise account and organization managers can customize the list, adding specific words or phrases for additional review and potential removal.
Customizing the Abusive Word Management List
Customizing the Abusive Word Management list empowers enterprise accounts to assert greater control over the appropriateness of reviews and language, thereby enhancing compliance, security, and customer experience.
In the Account’s settings, click the tile that says Abusive Word Management.
When the menu expands from the right side of the page, use the search bar to see if a word already exists in the list. If it does not exist in the list (blurred out in the photo below) type the word and press enter to save the word to the list.
Once the list has been updated to include any additional words that should be automatically flagged as abusive, click the blue Update button.
