Edit a Tier
Managers can modify tier profile information for tiers under their management. To initiate changes, managers can search or filter to locate the tier that requires updating. Editing tier profile information—encompassing contact information, business hours, and —is facilitated by hovering over the expandable ellipsis icon in the action menu and selecting Edit.
Each collapsed group on the edit page organizes different categories of tier profile information. By clicking on a category, managers can expand it to update fields within that section. After making the necessary adjustments to the tier settings, clicking the blue Save button is required, followed by confirmation of the changes.
Following this process, the tier settings will be updated, although the changes may take several minutes to reflect on public pages.
