Asset Management for Organization and Account Managers

An Asset Management for Organization and Account Managers at the Account-level Settings menu is available to upload images and retrieve shareable image links.

The Asset Management card provides a comprehensive list of all uploaded images. It is presented with pagination and sorted to show the most recently added or modified images first.

Global Assets Tab

The Global Assets tab provides a comprehensive list of all the Admin-uploaded images or brand assets. Organization and Account Managers can search images for Campaign templates and other uses. Click the copy button to copy the image URL and use it accordingly.

Campaign Assets Tab

The Campaign Assets tab provides a comprehensive list of all the images uploaded at the account level to maintain the company’s own brand assets. 

How to add a new asset?

1. Navigate to the Asset Management page and click "Add Asset."

2. Enter a descriptive name for the asset. Upload the image by clicking the gray upload box or dragging into it, then click "Save."

3. The newly added asset will appear in the asset table, displaying its name, a copyable image URL link, the uploader's name, the upload timestamp, and an edit option (for renaming only).

4. You can search for existing assets by name using the search functionality.
