Total Expert Integration
Overview
The ingestion integration with Total Expert allows Experience.com to ingest transaction data from Total Expert, automating survey campaigns within the Experience Management Platform (XMP). Beyond survey automation, managers and administrators can configure the Total Expert x Experience.com integration to effortlessly export review data directly to the corresponding contact pages. This unique feature ensures that professionals within the organization can easily access and analyze customer responses within the familiar Total Expert environment. The ability to automate the ingestion of transaction data and, in turn, export review data creates a full-circle approach to managing the loan customer lifecycle, providing a holistic and efficient solution for enhancing the overall customer experience.

Experience.com x Total Expert: Export Review Data Integration
Follow these steps to configure the Total Expert integration for an Account to automatically export review data from the XMP to Total Expert contact pages. Then, select the campaigns from which review data should be exported to Total Expert. Finally, learn where to find review data on Total Expert contact pages.
Configure the Review Export Integration
Create a new Total Expert connection in the Account’s Integrations setup.
To create a new configuration, navigate to the Account Settings page and open the Integration Settings. Click Total Expert, and then click the blue New Connection button.
Enter a name for the connection, then provide the following credentials for the organization’s Total Expert instance:
Client ID
Client Secret
Once the credentials are entered, click outside the text boxes for the system to begin validating the credentials. Once validated, enter a Point of Contact (email address) that Experience.com can contact if an error occurs with the connection established here.
Check the Activate Connection checkbox, then click the blue Save button.
Select Campaigns to Export Reviews Data
When the connection has been established, campaigns must be selected to inform the XMP which campaign(s)'s reviews should be exported into Total Expert.
Within the Total Expert integration set up in the XMP, toggle ON the button for campaigns where the reviews should be exported to Total Expert.
Toggle the button OFF for campaigns where the reviews should not be exported to Total Expert.
Viewing Review Data in Total Expert
Once Total Expert is integrated into the XMP, the connection facilitates the automatic export of review data from the chosen campaigns directly into the corresponding contact pages of the reviewers. This process ensures that valuable feedback is efficiently and automatically associated with the relevant individuals/transactions within the Total Expert CRM platform.
To view review responses in Total Expert:
When logged into Total Expert, expand the Leads & Contacts menu, then select Contacts.
On the Contacts page, click the name of a contact to open their page.
Once a contact page is open, switch to the Responses tab to view the individual’s responses to each question from a campaign.
If the individual has recorded multiple responses in the same campaign or in other campaigns, switch to view a different response based on the campaign name and submission date.
