Insperity Integration

Overview

Insperity is a provider of human resource and business performance solutions. Their services include payroll administration, personnel records management, and health and workers' compensation insurance programs.

Experience.com’s Insperity integration solution allows enterprise customers to automatically send surveys to employees during and after key moments in the hiring & onboarding process, like post-hire questionnaires, onboarding check-in surveys, 30-60-90-day check-ins, and more. The Insperity integration allows you to:

  • Ingest employee milestones from Insperity into Experience.com.

  • Map ingested data to campaigns within the account

  • Automate campaigns and surveys to employees based on roles, milestones, anniversaries, or other events.

Transactions ingested from Insperity into the XMP are labeled as verified transactions.



Prerequisites for Configuring an Insperity Integration

Experience.com offers a direct API integration between the XMP and Insperity. To facilitate the configuration of this connection, you will need:

  • An API Key & company ID from your organization’s Insperity instance.

Once you have obtained an API Key and details from your Insperity admin account, you may proceed with the configuration process in the XMP.


Configuring the Insperity Integration

Configuring the Insperity integration is an easy and seamless workflow that requires the help of an organization or account manager with access to the Insperity account that should be connected to the XMP for data ingestion. The steps below outline the quick process:

  1. Create a new Insperity Connection in the Account’s Ingestion setup.

    1. To create a new configuration, navigate to the Account Settings page and open the Ingestion Settings. Click Insperity, and then click the blue New Connection button.

  1. To create the connection, some information is required to verify and activate it. Enter the required information and click anywhere in the white space to allow the system to validate the information provided.

    1. Give the connection a name.

    2. Provide the API Key and Company ID you obtained in Insperity.

With a validated connection, the integration panel expands, providing a total display of all pertinent details in the Insperity integration. Within the integration configuration panel, no adjustments are necessary; all the required data and settings are preloaded for your convenience. Fine-tune your data filtering preferences effortlessly by setting conditions within individual campaigns.

During this setup, it is essential, however, to designate a reliable point of contact, reachable via email, for error notifications or potential reconnections.

Upon saving and activating the integration, your selected employee milestone data is seamlessly ingested from Insperity to the XMP. This automated process streamlines and enhances your employee experience campaigns and surveys, marking a significant step toward a more efficient and insightful approach to fostering a positive workplace culture.
