QQCatalyst Integration

Overview

QQCatalyst is an insurance agency management platform described by the vendor QQSolutions as easy to learn and use, with internal CRM and marketing automation.

Experience.com’s QQCatalyst integration solution allows enterprise customers to automatically send surveys to claimants, policyholders, or customers during and after key moments in the transaction process, like mid-process claims, post-sale, or post-claim. The QQCatalyst integration allows you to:

  • Ingest transaction data from QQCatalyst into Experience.com.

  • Map ingested data to campaigns within the account

  • Automate campaigns and surveys to clients/customers based on role, transaction type, product, or location.

Transactions ingested from QQCatalyst into the XMP are labeled as verified transactions.



Configuring the QQCatalyst Integration in the XMP

Configuring the QQCatalyst integration is an easy and seamless workflow that requires an organization or account manager to have access to the QQCatalyst account that should be connected to the XMP for data ingestion. The steps below outline the quick process:

  1. Create a new QQCatalyst Connection in the Account’s Ingestion setup.

    1. To create a new configuration, navigate to the Account Settings page and open the Ingestion Settings. Click QQCatalyst, and then click the blue New Connection button.

  1. When redirected, log in to the QQCatalyst account that should be connected to the XMP for data ingestion. If this is your first time connecting to QQCatalyst from Experience.com, the platform will ask to authorize several permissions. Click Yes.

Following redirection back to XMP, it's essential to provide a point of contact email for potential error notifications or reconnection needs. Simply input the designated email and click "Save" to activate the ingestion integration seamlessly.

Upon activation of the connection, find all the essential information seamlessly populated in the designated fields. To refine your data strategy, take advantage of the flexibility provided—set conditions within individual campaigns. This allows you to tailor surveys and email campaigns, ensuring they reach customized groups at precisely timed intervals in their customer lifecycle.
