Experience.com’s Greenhouse integration solution allows enterprise customers to automatically send surveys to employees during and after key moments in the hiring & onboarding process, like post-interview questionnaires, onboarding check-in surveys, 30-60-90-day check-ins, and more. The Greenhouse integration allows you to:
Ingest employee/new hire milestones from Greenhouse into Experience.com.
Map ingested data to campaigns within the account
Automate campaigns and surveys to employees based on application status, application date, interview date, or more.
Transactions ingested from Greenhouse into the XMP are labeled as verified transactions.
Prerequisites for Configuring a Greenhouse Integration
Experience.com offers a direct API integration between the XMP and Greenhouse. To facilitate the configuration of this connection, you will need:
An API Key from your organization’s Greenhouse instance.

Once you have obtained an API Key and details from your Greenhouse admin account, you may proceed with the configuration process in the XMP.
Configuring the Greenhouse Integration
Configuring the Greenhouse integration is an easy and seamless workflow that requires the help of an organization or account manager with access to the Greenhouse account that should be connected to the XMP for data ingestion. The steps below outline the quick process:
Create a new Greenhouse Connection in the Account’s Ingestion setup.
To create a new configuration, navigate to the Account Settings page and open the Ingestion Settings. Click Greenhouse, and then click the blue New Connection button.
To create the connection, some information is required to verify and activate it. Enter the required information and click anywhere in the white space to allow the system to validate the information provided.
Give the connection a name.
Provide the API Key you obtained in Greenhouse.
With a validated connection, the integration panel expands and provides a total display of all pertinent details in the Greenhouse integration. Within the integration configuration panel, no adjustments are necessary; all the required data and settings are preloaded for your convenience. Fine-tune your data filtering preferences effortlessly by setting conditions within individual campaigns.
During this setup, it is essential, however, to designate a reliable point of contact, reachable via email, for error notifications or potential reconnections.
Upon saving and activating the integration, your selected applicant and employee data is seamlessly ingested from Greenhouse to the XMP. This automated process streamlines and enhances your employee experience campaigns and surveys, marking a significant step toward a more insightful approach to fostering a positive workplace culture and efficient hiring processes.
