Overview

Brokermint is a Real Estate back office software. The complete easy-to-use real estate back office platform. Brokermint consolidates transaction management, commission calculation, and financial accounting into a single intelligent software solution for all real estate back office needs. 

Experience.com’s Brokermint integration solution allows enterprise customers to automatically send surveys to real estate customers during and after key moments in the home buying process. The Brokermint integration allows you to:

  • Ingest real estate transaction data from Brokermint into Experience.com.

  • Map ingested data to campaigns within the account

  • Automate campaigns and surveys to real estate customers and partners based on role, transaction type, or location.

Transactions ingested from the Brokermint platform into the XMP are labeled as verified transactions.

Prerequisites for Configuring a Brokermint Integration

Experience.com offers a direct API integration between the XMP and Brokermint. To facilitate the configuration of this connection, you will need:

  • An API Key from your organization’s Brokermint instance.

Once you have obtained an API Key and details from your Brokermint admin account, you may proceed with the configuration process in the XMP.

Configuring the Brokermint Integration in the XMP

Configuring the Brokermint integration is an easy and seamless workflow that requires an organization or account manager to have access to the Brokermint account that should be connected to the XMP for data ingestion. The steps below outline the quick process:

  1. Create a new Brokermint Connection in the Account’s Ingestion setup.

    1. To create a new configuration, navigate to the Account Settings page and open the Ingestion Settings. Click Brokermint, and then click the blue New Connection button.

  1. To create the connection, some information is required to verify and activate it. Enter the required information and click anywhere in the white space to allow the system to validate the information provided.

    1. Give the connection a name.

    2. Provide the API Key you obtained in Brokermint.

With a validated connection, the integration panel expands and provides a total display of all pertinent details in the Brokermint integration. Within the integration configuration panel, no adjustments are necessary; all the required data and settings are preloaded for your convenience. Fine-tune your data filtering preferences effortlessly by setting conditions within individual campaigns.

During this setup, it is essential, however, to designate a reliable point of contact, reachable via email, for error notifications or potential reconnections.

Upon saving and activating the integration, your real estate transaction data is automatically ingested from Brokermint to the XMP. This automated process streamlines and enhances the customer experience through strategically timed email campaigns and surveys through out the real estate journey.
