Pipedrive is a deal-driven customer relationship management CRM solution that also works as an account-management tool with the ability to assist with marketing and the entire sales process. Pipedrive's proactive nature automatically tracks and organizes calls and emails and synchronizes schedules across devices.

Experience.com’s Pipedrive integration solution allows enterprise customers to automatically send surveys to customers/clients during and after key moments in a sales lifecycle. The Pipedrive integration allows you to:

  • Ingest transaction data from Pipedrive into Experience.com.

  • Map ingested data to campaigns within the account

  • Automate campaigns and surveys to customers and partners based on role, transaction type, or location.

Transactions ingested from the Pipedrive platform into the XMP are labeled as verified transactions.



Prerequisites for Configuring a Pipedrive Integration

Configuring the Pipedrive Integration in the XMP

Configuring the Pipedrive integration is an easy and seamless workflow that requires an organization or account manager to have access to the Pipedrive account that should be connected to the XMP for data ingestion. The steps below outline the quick process:

  1. Create a new Pipedrive Connection in the Account’s Ingestion setup.

    1. To create a new configuration, navigate to the Account Settings page and open the Ingestion Settings. Click Pipedrive, and then click the blue New Connection button.

  1. To create the connection, some information is required to verify and activate it. Enter the required information and click anywhere in the white space to allow the system to validate the information provided.

    1. Give the connection a name.

    2. Provide the API Key you obtained in Pipedrive.

With a validated connection, the integration panel expands and provides a total display of all pertinent details in the Pipedrive integration. No adjustments are necessary within the integration configuration panel; all the required data and settings are preloaded for your convenience. Fine-tune your data filtering preferences effortlessly by setting conditions within individual campaigns.

During this setup, it is essential, however, to designate a reliable point of contact, reachable via email, for error notifications or potential reconnections.

Upon saving and activating the integration, your transaction data is automatically ingested from Pipedrive to the XMP. This automated process streamlines and enhances the customer experience through strategically timed email campaigns and surveys throughout the sales journey.
