Connecting to Google Business Profile
Professionals have two methods to connect their Google Business Profile to their Experience.com account. The primary method, through PlaceID, offers the basic functionality of displaying a link to their Google Business Profile. Additionally, when a PRO professional requests a review, the reviewer is directed to the linked Google Business Profile after submitting their review.
The second method involves OAuth, connecting directly with their Google account. This grants Experience.com permission to import and manage Google reviews on the platform. It enables professionals to respond to Google reviews, with those replies synced back to Google.

Repeat the connection steps outlined above.
Ensure that all required permissions are selected before proceeding.
Once the necessary permissions are granted, click ‘Continue’ to finalize the connection.
