Connecting to Instagram on Experience.com serves to display a link on the professional's profile, thereby increasing traffic and followers to their Instagram account.

How to Connect to Instagram

  1. Navigate to the Connections page using the left-side navigation menu of your account.

  1. Find the Facebook tile on the Connections page and click the grey Connect button.

STOP! Ensure that the Instagram business account is already connected to the corresponding Facebook account's Page before attempting to connect.

  1. Click the blue button labeled Connect with Facebook Account on the right side of your screen.

  1. Log in to your Facebook account if not automatically logged in when redirected.

  1. Choose the Instagram accounts you want to use with Experience.com. Then, click Next.

Select ALL listed Instagram accounts, even if you don't plan to connect/display them with Experience.com.

  1. Choose all Facebook pages you want to use with Experience.com. Click next after selecting all.

  1. Grant permission for Experience.com to access settings/features in your Instagram (Meta) account. Ensure all settings are set to YES. Click Done when finished.

  1. Confirm the successful connection between Experience.com and Instagram. Click OK to return to the XMP.

  1. In the menu on the right side of your page, select the Facebook page that is connected to the Instagram profile you want to connect. Then, click Confirm.

  1. On the next screen, select the connected Instagram profile. The profile selected here will be displayed on your profile. Click Connect.
