Connecting to Facebook offers professionals several features to enhance their online presence, including the ability to auto-post reviews on their page. An active Facebook connection also enables the importation of reviews from Facebook into Experience.com, where professionals can respond to those reviews, with the replies synced back automatically.
How to Connect to Facebook
Navigate to the Connections page using the left-side navigation menu of your account.
Find the Facebook tile on the Connections page and click the grey Connect button.
Click the blue button labeled Connect with Facebook Account on the right side of your screen.
Log in to your Facebook account if not automatically logged in when redirected.
Choose the Instagram accounts you want to use with Experience.com. If none are listed, click Next.
Select ALL listed Instagram accounts, even if you don't plan to connect/display them with Experience.com.
Choose all Facebook pages you want to use with Experience.com. Click next after selecting all.
Select ALL, even if you don't plan to connect/display all pages shown.
Grant permission for Experience.com to access settings/features in your Facebook account. Ensure all settings are set to YES. Click Done when finished.
Confirm the successful connection between Experience.com and Facebook. Click OK to return to the XMP.
In the menu on the right side of your page, select the page you want to display on your profile, import reviews from, and/or auto-post reviews.
Note: For importing and exporting (autoposting) reviews, the page must be a Facebook Business page. Click the blue Confirm button after selecting.
