Adding a Custom Button to Your Profile

This feature is available only to PRO and Enterprise professionals.

This feature allows you to enhance your profile's functionality and provide visitors with quick access to necessary actions, such as scheduling appointments, accessing resources, or linking to external websites. Whether you want to streamline communication with clients or showcase specific offerings, our step-by-step instructions will help you easily customize your profile to better serve your audience.

 Instructions

Starting logged in to your Experience.com profile, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Contact Tab: Once on your profile, click to open the Contact tab.

  1. Open the Edit Menu: In the Primary Contact box, click the Edit icon in the top right corner to enable the fields for editing.

  1. Customize the Button:

    1. Enter Button Text: Type in the text you’d like displayed on your custom button.

    2. Select Button Color: Choose a color to make the button stand out on your profile.

    3. Enter the Button URL: Add the URL where the button should direct visitors when clicked.

  1. Save Your Changes: After completing the above fields, click the Save button in the top right corner of the contact box to confirm your updates.

  1. Preview Your Custom Button: To see how the button appears to visitors, click your profile link at the top of the page. Your custom button will be visible in the Contact box on the left side, positioned near the Website button.
