Pro Listings Management empowers subscribed Enterprise and Pro Professionals to efficiently manage their business information across a wide array of platforms, comprising over 100 sites, directories, and search engines. With a user-friendly dashboard, professionals can seamlessly access and review their current business details. The publishing dashboard streamlines the process of tracking publish statuses across various target sites. Notably, the Listings suite hosts the advanced Google integration, enabling Pros to import and publish responses to Google Posts and Google Q&A in real-time. Furthermore, the Listings analytics dashboard provides valuable insights into views, impressions, and customer actions, enabling informed decision-making and optimization strategies.

Your Business Info
The Business Info page serves as the central hub for managing current professional/business information. Professionals can edit information for each profile category using the pen-in-pad icon.
A notice at the top of the page indicates the number of unpublished profile changes awaiting publishing to target sites. To push the new data to target sites, the professional can click Push to Publish.
Please note: Enterprise professionals may encounter publishing restrictions based on contractual agreements and preferences. They can contact a manager to discuss alternative publishing options. (see image below)
Once you hit Publish, a side drawer opens up on the right side displaying the list of changes you’ve made, any missing mandatory fields, and the connection status of platforms. Note that you can always publish to other target sites if you don’t have a Google or Facebook connection in listings, but we recommend that you connect to Google and Facebook.
Once you click publish from the drawer, you can check the status on the “Publish” tab. The Publish page offers a preview of Google, Facebook, and other target sites where your business information can be published.
Any errors in your profile information that prevent you from publishing to Google, Facebook, or other target sites appear in the “Take Action” panel on the right. Aggregating tags beneath the data fields denote the target sites such as Google or Facebook, where the error has been detected.
Clicking on the respective data field opens up that section of your profile wherein you can update or rectify your business information. Any updates you make reflect on the “Yet to Publish” section of the right side panel.
They also appear on the launch pad at the top of the dashboard where you can push to publish the recent changes.
When you publish, please know that while Google and Facebook publishing happens right away or within 24 hours of publishing, publishing on other target sites takes one to four weeks.
Publish
The Publish page offers a preview of target sites where business information can be published. Real-time data at the top of the page shows the total available sites, sites where information is published, sites in the publishing process, and unpublished sites.
The paginated list of target sites can be filtered and searched for specific platforms.
Professionals can view published pages through backlinks provided in the Action column. Additionally, professionals can authenticate connections with Google Business Profile and Facebook.
Post
On the Posts page, professionals with authenticated Google Business Profile connections can manage imported posts and publish new content directly to the platform.
Professionals should verify their login to GBP through Auth verification (NOT Google Place ID) to import and publish new posts.
Professionals can also create new posts, and edit, delete, and view posts directly from their Experience.com account.
The ability to import and sync Google posts is available only when the Listings product is enabled for an account. Additionally, a Google connection is a prerequisite to importing Google Posts.
Users should make sure the “Import Google Posts” toggle in the Account/Tier/User settings is turned ON to successfully import posts. It takes 24 hours to load your posts once the setting is enabled.

Q & A
The Q&A page allows professionals to manage questions imported from Google. Users can post answers to questions, which are then synced back onto Google for public viewing.
Prerequisites
Google connection is a prerequisite to import Google Q&A. Additionally, import Q&A from Google toggle should be ON to import Q&A from the Google Business Profile.
Answer Questions, and Edit, and Delete Answers
Managers/Admins can click on View All in their Listings Dashboard to view all questions and answers imported for all users and tiers in the account.
Questions for each Tier/User GBP account are differentiated by a tag. For example, if Google Q&A is imported for 2 tiers (or 2 users) within an organization, a tag displays the Tier name (or User’s name) on the specific question. This functionality is available only for Managers/Admins.
Questions and answers can be filtered by Source, Tier, and/or User.
Analytics
The Analytics page provides valuable insights into the online search performance of the professional, offering a comprehensive view of key metrics such as Google map views, Google Search views, and customer actions.
Seamlessly switch between displaying Google Search views and Google Maps views to gauge their online influence.
Prerequisites
Google connection is mandatory to get insights into your Google listings performance analytics.
Connect to Google to view analytics for your Google Business Profiles.
When connected, use the dropdown to select the profile you'd like to view the analytics for.
Total Views
The page features a graph on the left side with Total Views on either Search or Maps and displays the breakdown of mobile versus desktop visitors.
By clicking Boost views, the professional can access a list of continuous actions in the “Flux” section and receive advice to optimize their visibility in Google Search and Map results.
Impressions
On the right side of the page is a graph that visualizes Impressions, including customer actions such as website clicks, phone number clicks, and driving direction requests.
These graphs provide a clear overview of how the professional's business performs across different platforms and can be modified to display data across different timelines, including the last week, 15 days, month, 90 days, and year.
What are Impressions? Impressions refer to how often someone saw a link to the professional's site on Google. The displayed link may require scrolling or expanding into view, depending on the result type. This metric helps the professional understand their visibility in search results and track changes over time.
Tracking Customer Actions
Customer actions, including website clicks, phone number clicks, and driving direction requests, are tracked and displayed in a dedicated panel on the analytics page.
The professional can monitor how these actions have increased or decreased over the last 30 days, gaining valuable insights into user engagement and interaction with their business listing.
Soon, similar analytics will be available for Facebook connections.
Users can download comprehensive reports for customized analysis within a specified date range.
Flux
This section highlights consistent actions that Users should perform to enhance their profile online and gain more profile visits.
Photos
Adding more photos optimizes the search results and encourages customers to interact more with your profile.
Videos
Adding short videos about your service/product can optimize the search results and draw more views to your profile.
Post
Publishing new posts can optimize search results and help you gain more customer interactions via calls and map requests.
Q&A
Upvoted questions and answers draw more customers to your profile.
